Shipping Information

We offer free shipping via first class mail and we also offer the customer the ability to upgrade to priority mail. At a service to the customer, we email the tracking number for the shipment to the customer so they can track the whereabouts of their package while it is in transit. All orders are promptly shipped from our distribution center in Indianapolis,Indiana USA.

Please allow 1-10 days for delivery.

Warranty Info

We offer a full 30 day warranty against manufacturing defect and failure from the date you received the item. If you have a warranty issue please contact us at 1-317-449-0644. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Return Information

We offer a 7 day return policy from when the item is received. We will only accept a return if the item is Brand New in the packaging and has not been used. Do to the intimate nature of the electronic cigarette, we will not accept any returns that have been used. If you have opened products and puffed on the unit, we will not return it. We will however work with you to make sure everything is functioning at an optimal level and if any components stop functioning within the first 30 days, we will replace at no extra charge to the customer. Any unused components can be returned for a refund. Customer is responsible for original shipping charges.
